How does the Tunely partner network work?+

Tunely recommends artists, songs, and related merch. When a fan is discovering an artist you stock, Tunely can surface your relevant products and send the shopper back to your Shopify storefront to complete the sale.

How are commissions paid?+

Commission terms are finalized during approval. Tunely uses the rate you request as the starting point, then tracks approved partner arrangements for manual payout reconciliation.

How do I generate a Shopify Storefront Access Token?+

In Shopify admin, use either the Headless sales channel or a custom app with Storefront API access enabled. Once Shopify shows you the public Storefront token for that storefront, paste it into the form.

Do you need customer or checkout access?+

No. Tunely only asks for a Storefront Access Token so we can read product listings and related storefront catalog data needed for recommendation placements.

How long does approval take?+

Submissions go into a pending queue for manual review and integration. Most stores should expect an initial response within a few business days after submission.
